The Apple Barrel Farm Market & Bakery is a gourmet market and bakery that opened at Lyman Orchards in Middlefield, Connecticut in 1972. The orchard itself was founded by husband and wife John and Hope Lyman in 1741. It is still owned by the Lyman Family to this day. The orchard is known for its large selection of apple varieties.
