Cost. The 907-gram box of chicken, sauce and vegetables costs $17.49 Canadian which is expensive! This could feed maybe two adults or if having smaller portions, two adults and two small children. You could stretch the meal by serving it with rice or noodles. You're definitely paying for the fact it's gluten-free, soy-free, doesn't have.

So Chicken
Place the chicken in a microwave safe bowl and heat on High for 2 minutes. Open the curry sauce packet and pour it over the chicken. Use a fork to thoroughly mix the curry with the chicken. Microwave on High for 90 seconds. Serve. Taste Test. The chicken is extremely tender and the curry has a delightful coconut and basil flavor.
