This Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Pudding is not only healthy, but it's also a dairy-free vegan pudding. If you have just gone vegan and missing out on the puddings, this vegan pudding is pure comfort food. The pumpkin in this vegan pudding adds richness to the chocolate pudding.
