With roux in the name, you'd think they'd do better. The crawfish etouffee tasted like compete liquid four (with the Catfish Acadiana} and the rest wasn't much to write home about. Wish I'd have read some of these reviews before I ordered. With so many other options in the area, I don't see how Boil & Roux stays in business.
