Americolor sells over 40 colors. I don't own all of them. I'll let you be the judge of what colors you like best, of course, but here are the colors I own and use frequently. Some great colors are missing from my collection, but pretty much everything I need to decorate works with these colors, so I rely solely on these below.

The superior formulation can withstand the harsh freeze/thaw process, limiting fading to less than 20% even in extreme conditions.

If it is still to dark, add more icing. Alternatively, if you're after a darker shade of turquoise, use less icing and/or more coloring. If you tint half a cup of white icing with the suggested colors and it still is not dark enough, double the color. This would mean adding 12 parts sky blue +2 parts lemon yellow, or a 6:1 ratio, in other words.

It's easier to add more food coloring (in the same ratios of course!) than it is to lighten the color up again. All of my food coloring charts - both from the book and on my website - can be used to color royal icing, buttercream icing, and fondant. They're not just for cookie decorators.
