This removes the 5 speed manual gearbox and replaces it with a 6 speed automatic transmission usually found in the 200 series Landcruiser. A major benefit of the automatic & 4495 system combined is the increase in towing capacity and GCM. Phil's Landcruiser can legally carry 4495kg, while towing 4500kg, resulting in a GCM of 8995kg.
