Add noodles and cook for 5 minutes. (Please adjust cook time longer for a softer noodle) Drain noodles from water after cooking. (Save some cooking water) Add sauce packet to bowl and then mix in hot noodles. Add spoonful of cooking water into the noodles and mix to bind noodles and sauce. Mix well and enjoy!

Taste. The A-Sha Taiwan style noodles are basically like plain ramen noodles that come with a packet of soy sauce. Very plain! Not amazing and definitely need something added or else you're just basically eating soy sauce and noodles. The noodles themselves after cooking are tasty enough, the sauce is great if you love straight up soy sauce.
